Individual Registration

Because we know the COVID-19 pandemic has put additional pressures on our community, we have created Individual registration rates at the incredibly low prices of $55 for ACPA members and $25 for ACPA Student Members through October 31, so the virtual convention will be accessible to many!

This means, however, that our financial goal for ACPA21 is to make this experience accessible to the entire field and for the Association to simply break even. Annual Conventions usually return funds to the Association to pay for the International Office, staffing, and other administrative/operating costs. We will need to rely on the kindness of those who can give more to ensure ACPA can maintain high levels of service to members throughout the 2021 year.

As a result, when you purchase an Individual Registration, we will ask for your help, to whatever extent possible, by voluntarily contributing more or by paying-forward the cost of a registration for someone else. The value you will receive from participating in ACPA21 will far exceed the cost of registration, so we hope you will indicate some value above your registration price you are willing to contribute. Our goal is simple: We’ve significantly lowered rates, and hope you will give as you can to support your colleagues and to support ACPA.

If you have been furloughed, laid-off, or experience personal financial hardship that prevents you from registering for ACPA21, you are eligible to apply for the donations gifted by ACPA21 registrants. For more information and to apply, please visit this website.

Student Affairs/Higher Education Program Directors and Faculty are encouraged to take advantage of heavily discounted rates by registering your students and faculty in this new, bundled registration package! We are excited to work with faculty and graduate programs to identify ways to infuse the learning opportunities available through the ACPA21 Virtual Experience into your course curriculum for the Spring 2021 Term.

Student Affairs/Services Division or Department Registration

Student Affairs/Services staff have been particularly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including the reduction or elimination of professional development funds. We want to provide an option for Vice Presidents, Vice Chancellors, Deans, and/or Department Heads with a registration option to cover the cost of participation in the ACPA21 Virtual Experience for everyone in your division or department.
