2024-2025 PCPA Executive Board
Sean Hembrick (he/him) is a fourth-year Higher Education doctoral student at The Pennsylvania State University. Sean’s higher education experience spans various functional areas, including Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership, Residence Life, and Undergraduate Admissions. Sean holds an M.Ed. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Texas State University, an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Queens College (City University of New York), and a B.A. from Binghamton University (State University of New York) with a double major in English and Sociology. Currently, Sean serves as the Milton Hershey & Comprehensive Studies Program Mentor in the Office of Scholars Programs.
Ashley Lemmons (she/her) serves as an Associate Dean of Students at Lehigh University. She works with the offices of Community Service, Student Athlete Leadership, Student Engagement, and Residence Life in understanding and implementing the student life curriculum known as bLUeprint. Prior to Lehigh, Ashley served in positions at the University of South Carolina, University of Miami, and the University of Georgia. She completed her doctorate in organizational leadership from Northeastern University and master’s degree in counseling psychology at Auburn University.
Christine Brown-Lawrence is an Executive Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, with a focus on executive support and strategic thinking. Currently pursuing an MBA, she excels in streamlining operations, managing tasks, and fostering relationships. Christine is eager to bring her skills and insights to the role of PCPA Secretary, contributing to the organization’s mission and driving positive change.

Aaron George, PhD, is a full-time faculty member in the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming faculty, Dr. George was a student affairs practitioner for over a decade in multiple student affairs functional areas at a variety of institutions across the country. His research agenda utilizes critical and post-structural theories and qualitative methodologies to uplift the experiences of student affairs/higher education professionals who hold minoritized identities.
Amy Hudock (she/her) is a Career Development Strategist at Moravian University. She supports students in the Class of 2027 with their career exploration and development and is heavily involved with the Career Readiness Digital Badging imitative. Amy received her master’s degree in Counseling & College Student Personnel from Shippensburg University and her bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College. She is
excited to help graduate students and new professionals connect to PCPA and the community and professional development opportunities that the organization can offer!
