Adopted by the PCPA Membership in March 1973; and as amended by the PCPA Membership in 1976, 1977, 1978, 1981, 1986, 1988, 1995, 1998, 2004, 2009, 2011 and recently in 2017.
As of February 2026 – we are in the process of changing our by-laws. As of 2/26/26 here are the suggested by-laws.
By March 20th, please email pennsylvania@acpa.nche.edu with any comments, proposed edits, or additions. Once we compile responses, we will launch a revision vote through the PCPA newsletter.
